The prophet Mormon, Moroni’s father, said,
“Wherefore, I would speak unto you that are of the church, that are the peaceable followers of Christ, and that have obtained a sufficient hope by which ye can enter into the rest of the Lord, from this time henceforth until ye shall rest with him in heaven.”
We can enter into the rest of the Lord, even now, and maintain this peace and rest forever. We can even rest with the Lord in heaven. This rest is peace, having the calm assurance that our lives are in harmony with His divine will and desires. We are in the obedient path of life. The world needs peace, and it starts with each individual person. In Christ comes all good things; therefore, come unto Christ and rest with Him and the Father, now and forever.
